Body shape and bras - Are your boobs meeting your stomach for lunch?

Wow, there is so much to consider in choosing the correct bra for your body shape.

Did you know that the average life expectancy of a bra is 6 months?
Terese from Triumph recommends handwashing bras to avoid wires popping out of the bra, yes and even popping out of the lingerie bag and blowing up your washing machine motor!!
Do up the hooks on your bra before washing. They actually last longer if you wash between every wear.
I would never buy a pair of shoes without trying them on.
Why would anyone even consider buying a bra without trying it on?!!
Everyone needs to be correctly fitted by a Bra Stylist. Just because you were a 12B as a teenager, doesn't mean you will be the same size in your 40s. If your body size has changed, it is likely that your bra size has changed as well. Consider having one if you haven't in the last 2 years, you've just finished breast feeding, had surgery or your weight has changed.

Your initmate wear is crucial to the way your outer garments sit.
Whether you require a minimizer or a cleavage on demand, you will find some great styles for all ages and sizes.
Contact at http://www.tinachin.com/ if you have any challenges with finding the right bra for you to avoid your boobs meeting your stomach for lunch!!

Why not post a comment? I would love to hear about your worst nightmare or a fantastic experience you have had with bra fittings.

Networking - the 15 second introduction

I attended a network lunch with a group of dynamic business women yesterday.
Women are so enthusiastic when it comes to promoting their business.
The introductions can be so long winded that my hunger overtakes and I lose focus.

One helpful tip I learnt when it comes to introducing my business in 15 seconds is to state a pain or problem people might have, introduce who you are and give the benefit of your solution. It keeps it brief and people wanting to know more.
Now, rather than stating everything that I have to offer, I think about what's in it for the other person and I have much more success and interest.

Keeping it brief makes for a great first impression as well and respects other people's time.

Please share what you have found works well for you.

Style - is your hair ageing you?

What better place to spend a couple of hours than relaxing in your favourite hair salon on a cold and windy day?

There I was sipping Aveda tea while in my hair was in the capable hands of Creative Director Sankara at Luc Espace in Chatswood Chase undergoing a massive colour change.
I love change. For those of you who know me, I will always challenge you to go forward. Do something different and be in a different stage of growth in days, months and years from today.

Change for some is a scary ordeal, while others embrace it with excitement.
Is it time for you to embrace a change in hairstyle?
Why be predictable?
Life is too short to remain stagnant. Don't look back and wonder 'what if?', 'if only I...'

Going for a lighter shade in hair colour can take years off your face.
Hair that is too styled can make you look dated. Go for layers and a style that suits your lifestyle.
Keep your makeup current and updated. Heavy foundation, heavy eyeliner and heavy mascara can make you look older.

Post a comment and share about your worst hair nightmare or a fabulous recommendation you have.
